📦 Damages and Issues

Please make a parcel opening video without any cut or pause to raise the issue of damage or wrong product. The product fault should be clearly visible in the video. If there is any issue with the product, please submit your video immediately on WhatsApp at +91 8607355159.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • ❌ Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • ❌ Sale items.
  • ❌ Gift cards.

💰 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after deducting shipping and transaction charges.

⚠️ No refunds are applicable in case of courier delays.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at churabridals@gmail.com.
